Hi , I'm Jennie.

I help people who feel stuck experiencing persistent physical pain or persistent unexplained symptoms to regain their lives. 

Many of the people I support have spent years trying to fix, manage, analyse, or understand their symptoms, having been told several different things.  Some are completely new to the mind-body connection.  Others have read the books or listened to the podcasts but feel stuck and want support applying the work in their own lives.

Having spent a decade trapped in a cycle of persistent pain and anxiety myself, I understand how isolating and desperate it can feel.  It was only once I stopped trying harder and moved to building safety within myself that my symptoms started to shift.

WHY SYMPTOMS CAN PERSIST

I get it - you've tried different approaches, seen practitioners, taken the supplements, read the books — and still find yourself frustrated with symptoms that never seem to end.

It's not because you aren't trying.

It’s because we live in a world that has treated the body like a car to be fixed and ignored the very systems that perpetuate pain (and fatigue/dizziness/headaches) - the brain and nervous system.

​Research shows that chronic pain, fatigue, digestive symptoms, dizziness, anxiety, and many other persistent symptoms can continue when the brain and nervous system become sensitised and stuck in patterns of protection. 

 

When the brain learns to predict danger, it can keep generating symptoms long after the original trigger has passed.  These symptoms are not 'in your head', they are created by real chemical signalling within your nervous system.  The good news is that these patterns can change.

This is not something you chose — it’s something your system learned.

And anything learned can be gently unwound.

My work brings together modern neuroscience, pain reprocessing principles, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and developing your relationship to self to finally create the internal environment needed to really dial down the volume button on symptoms. ​

A focussed session where we explore your journey, exactly what is contributing to symptom persistence, and formulate a clear plan for your recovery.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear in-depth blueprint and directions for your recovery from chronic pain/symptoms - no more guessing or seeing what sticks. 

  • Body-based drills unique to your individual nervous system pattern to start to influence symptoms.

  • Individualised somatic, cognitive or emotional ​practices to begin​.​

Best if: You want clarity before committing further​​, want a plan for self-directed mind-body work or are new to mind-body approaches.
